Working Days: 6 days / Alternate Saturday Off.
Office Time: 9:30 am to 6: 30 pm

Job profile:

  • Experience in Banking and Financial services industry
  • Experience with Banking concepts and context so as to be able to conceptualize solutions and engage with clients on new ideas, concepts.
  • Product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
  • Build custom demonstrations Deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC)
  • Should also work hands on in preparing the technical proposals and all other manner of customer communication/documentation.
  • Support the sales team through the sales process from planning to closure
  • Create internal software requests and POC implementation plans and monitor the approval process Prepare software order forms (providing feature codes and product information)
  • Be able to position and present Information Builders product offerings
  • Compare Information Builders product offering at a technical level with competitive
  • Liaise with local and corporate support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process
  • Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts

  • Assists with the creation of a sales cycle plan Assists customer, prospect and Sales Representative to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return of Investment)
  • Manages hand-over to the Services Functions (Post-Sales Support and Professional Services) for live project implementation

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Handling the responsibility of IT Software sales/solution to a banking/NBFC/financial sector client.
  • Sells Banking products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Handling the existing clients and evaluating sales opportunities for new clients.
  • Ensuring sales target and KPI targets are achieved.
  • Designing and implementing highest standards of customer service and satisfaction across all areas of business.
  • Data gathering of competitors, products and bench marking.
