Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Understanding of the integration with various modules
  • Ensuring deployed solutions are tested in house before deploying at customer place.
  • Plan & conduct training for end-users.
  • Understand the issues faced by end-users on a day to day basis and provide a solution.
  • Proactive & customer-centric approach while handling customer issues.
  • Tracking all calls from clients and ensures timely resolution by troubleshooting application related issues.
  • Provide a solution to clients for L1 and L2 Support.
  • Adhere to Turnaround Time and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external clients.
Skills Required :
  • Good communication Skill
  • Should ready to travel all over India (Domain:- Banking industry)
  • Ability to Learn
  • Strong knowledge in accounts (For Fresher’s)
Reimbursement : Phone / Commute / food / accommodation while travelling.
Working Days : 6 days / Alternate Sat Off.
Office Time : 9:30 am to 6: 30 pm
Gender : Male
Relevant Experience : Min 2 Years
